Our strong Casp74 Apartments architectural design is by Bach Arquitectes which is a studio also suited in Barcelona – Spain that combines more than forty years of experience with the emerging talent of young architects both in professional practice and academic scholarship. From urban scale projects to single-family housing their approach always responds to the singular challenges of each project, context and technologies at hand, purposely departing from non predetermined solutions. Through a continuous and honest dialogue with clients and/or principals, they aim to not only create recognizable space, but a place where people recognize themselves.

Imperial Room: A maisonette apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC, a large, cheerful living area and an open-plan kitchen. What makes the apartment unique, however, is the garden, the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful dinner, to relax and sunbathe, or to play with the children.
