Magnificent Over Yonder Cay is private and silently powered by the wind and sun. The island’s renewable power system consists of three wind turbines next to a 1.5-acre solar field with 2 days of battery storage and backup generators – all coordinated by an intelligent weather-forecasting micro grid controller. Visitors enjoy a quiet generator-free island with 24-7 ultra-reliable renewable power. When there is excess renewable energy production it automate diverts to generate all of the island’s drinking and irrigation water. Additional excess energy is used to heat our relaxing pools and jacuzzis.

Activities

Over Yonder Cay boasts an endless list of activities and adventures, on|off and around the island. On land we have a nine-hole golf course, floodlit tennis court, state-of-the-art gym, spa cabana, beach volleyball, movie theater, games room, beach club, cycling and nature trails. On the water we have a fleet of sailing yachts – including our own superyacht, Tenacious, as well as jet skies, paddleboards and all the watersports toys.

We offer trips to sandbanks, diving excursions, game fishing adventures, snorkeling safaris and sunset sailing cruises. We have yogis, spa therapists, dive masters, ocean masters, watersports instructors, tennis and golf pros all here to give you the experience of a lifetime. Enjoy!
